Mine went parcel post because well I was cramming stuff that wouldn't fit in a priority flat rate.. so it's a big padded envelope.. I mean big. It was only $20. I didn't mind that. I felt like I fit as much as I would have in a medium priority box for half the price. I'm not sure if it'll take longer though. The lady at the post office told me 7-10 days.
