Thanks Snow, but I did re-size with Microsoft Office Picture Manager...which I have been using for years! And I had no problem on another forum I belong to...posted a picture there today! So, I am assuming it has something to do with the web site. Other members have reported the same problem to the web master...we are just waiting on them to fix it!
