Easy Beer Bread/Cinnamon Bread
Beer Bread
3 cups Self rising flour
1 cup sugar
1-12 oz. lite beer
Mix together, pour into loaf pan sprayed with Pam.
Bake 350 degrees 45 to 50 minutes or until done.
(Cinnamon Raisin Bread)= add 1 tsp. cinnamon and 1 cup raisins.
I also use brown sugar instead of white sugar. Which ever you have.
If I make Cinnamon Bread I put a confectioner sugar and milk glaze on it.
This recipe is easy and oh so good.
