Hello, Letty! I can't remember the last time I made a template! Once upon a time I would have loved your laminating tip! I am so glad you are finding others to do quilty things with. When we moved 4 years ago I was excited about finding new quilting friends, too. I did find them. I also found this forum, too! I have made friends here and quilt online with them. I have also recently 'discovered' mystery quilts that I have been joining using fabrics from my stash. I loved hearing you have a willing driver since you no longer drive.
