Happy Thanksgiving all. Today was quiet, just the 2 of us. Usually we sweep up the unfamilied and have them here, but didn't work out this year, but it was nice. We braised a 1/2 a turkey breast and boy was it moist, best ever including the couple of years we brinned whole turkeys in the fridge. Bets of all, it only took about 1 1/2 hr to oven roast and we got lots of nice juice for gravy and turkey soup. Going back to sleep, I think.....
