On another note, I had weight loss surgery the end of August, ans have since lost 40 lbs. I feel well enough now to have started a Hooping class.... hula hooping, at the YMCA. Not like the kind we used as kids either
...these are MUCH BIGGER but only weigh 1.2 lbs. Talking about S-O-R-E! LOL Lord willing I will be able to keep at it and it do me some good! LOL
