I finally washed and cut my fabric today
I have never done a red, white, and blue quilt before so I am excited to see how it turns out.
Thank you to all who answered my block size questions, but I am still confused as to whether it is suppose to be 12.5" or 12" when I am done sewing and ready to mail it to the person. I don't want it to be too big so they have to cut it down, and I don't want it to be too small and it won't fit with the other blocks. I checked out the website (quilterscache.com) that someone recommended, however the closest size block they have is a 12" block. Are these the patterns I should use and then the blocks should be 12" when I am mailing them? Thank you for all who are helping me
