I am fine with being in a group with 17. I was gonna ask for a couple side swaps anyways. So it all works for me

Okay folks the small groups may end up with 17 in them or at least three of them so you will have to make 16 blocks instead of 15...I hope no one minds. I believe I have one small that is still 16 so you make 15 blocks.
