As soon as I say " what would you like?" I feel like its a job. So that's why I generally surprise people I know WOULD like a quilt. If I don't know someone well enough to know whether they would like a quilt or not, a quilt as a gift for them is too much. I'll just get something off the gift registry and we'll both be happier.
