Well, hey, did the person who said stitch in the ditch is a cop out ever try it? To me, SID is really, really tough to do and have it look good. Who cares what other folks think? Do it the way you want and be proud that it is finished. I'm thinking that person is not a friend to you and not a nice person. Quilters should be encouraged to do it however will get it done.
