It was VERY BADLY rusted and pitted. I did not take a pic with it just wire wheeled clean (sorry)
This is after one coat and sanding back to the surface. (to fill in the rust eaten divots)
Forget the SM advise. Let's have a picture of your work bench and tools. I'm impressed and jealous of even the little I can see. From your pictures, posts and advise I think you're living the life I was meant to have but escaped me. Enjoy!!
