Shook for 1 minute .. a head of garlic which I cut the top off and bottom and had pre removed the outer paper part of the garlic head.. got 5-6 really clean cloves. then four still needing me to whack with a knife. Ok whacking cloves with a knife is quick. easy and no bowls that I now heed to make sure are clean no one wants cereal tasting like garlic. ok not me at least
