I use this crockpot recipe for mac & cheese: approximately 2 cups dry macaroni, 1 - 12 oz evaporated milk, 1 1/2 cup milk, 1 beaten egg, 1/4 cup butter, melted, 1 tsp. salt, 2 1/2 cup shredded cheese (marble jack, Colby or velvetta). Cook macaroni just until crunch is gone, drain. Grease inside of crockpot with Pam spray. Combine all ingredients, put in crockpot, cook on Low for 3 hours. I stir this 2 -3 times over the 3 hours. I have let it go for up to 4 hours. You could use the dry macaroni...........cook about 2 - 2 1/2 hours.
