I think my problem is, I leave it in too long. Looks really good when I put it in but then I have to do something else, church, inlaws, something. So til it sits at the next place until we eat, because no on can be on time in our family, it's dried out. Guess it's just not meant to be. I can't use a timed, digital crock pot because out electricity blinks all the time. At least once a day, for not reason, it blinks so I need the old fashioned kind that is on or off. Used to have a delay on my oven but not this one. Used to come home from inlaws early I could put the mac & ch in the oven to take to my family. They always ask me to make mac & ch and I'm not sure why because every year I have an excuse why it's not good. Some one else can make it next time I guess.
