I use Printed Treasures which I bought at JoAnn's. Yes, it runs through an ink jet printer and if you have colored ink or graphic designs you can add those too. Yes, it is permanent and directions are on the package. It isn't cheap though, so I try and only cut what I need. Use those coupons!
