I have been doing low carb for 2-3 years with good success. One additional hint I would give you is to watch salt intake. And drink lots of water. Dr. Oz has a 2-week quick weight loss diet on his website that I did for 10 days and lost 7 pounds. I needed something to get me back to watching what I eat. Good Luck. there are lots of good low carb hints around.
