My favorite is a green curry loaded with vegetables and served with garlic quinoa finished with a drizzle of sesame oil. I get Hand brand green curry paste from ImportFood.com, and I sweeten with stevia, use regular coconut milk, chicken broth, and lime juice.

I use low carb tortillas to make wraps with provolone cheese, deli chicken, black forest ham, organic baby spinach, craisens, sunflower seeds, fresh ground black pepper, and a drizzle of olive oil.
