Thanks, Jan for the idea. I found that I do need all 12 blocks for my layout. I'm only needing to do one block and I can begin assembling it. I have all of the sashing completed I and am now taking paper off of the backs. I didn't do it before because I wanted the blocks to stay as flat as possible to avoid repressing. They will be on my design wall until the end.
