I went to the Sewing and Quilt Expo last year in Raleigh, NC for the very first time and had a blast!!! The Expo isn't really a quilt show but is mostly a vendor show with each. Enid having some kind of display of quilts. Check the website (I googled "sewing and quilt expo) and then click on the location to see everything related to that particular one. I'm leaving on Monday to go up,to PA for the AQS Lancaster show next week (York is my hometown so I visit family, too!) and thought about leaving early to go to Hunt Valley but decided to save my $$$ for Lancaster and the expo in Raleigh here in NC in June ( and then there is Quilt Odyssey in Hershey I always attend, too).

The expo is so much fun and I found all kinds of "goodies" that just seemed to follow me home. I now keep a list of certain items I have (like rulers and templates) on my iPhone and also ones that I want. I have a habit of making multiple purchases of the same thing because I have no memory left! Don't think I'm alone there!

Have a super time to everyone who goes and hopefully we'll get a nice report afterwards.

Sandy in Mooresville, NC - expecting an ice storm tonight and into tomorrow - bummer for the Charlotte Quilt Guild Show this weekend.
