I subscribed to the magazine on March 1st after reading the comments about it o n this bard. When my magazine didn't come this week I called MSQ and was told that if someone subscribed after 2/19 that the mailings had already gone out and that if I wanted a copy I could order it off the website. I would then have to pay the standard 5$ shipping and handling fee. Do you think this is fair? I saw nothing that said that you needed to subscribe by 2/19 to get this issue mailed with no shipping and handling.
