I just spotted a photo of a page in the 1933 Catalogue and Price List (UK) on a blog page. It indicates on page 11 that the Singer Model 15k is the “Dressmaker’s Machine”, and it is mounted in a one-drawer drop-leaf table, and that the stand is fitted with a large band wheel to attain high speed.

So, I guess the Model 15 was also considered the “Dressmaker’s Machine”, at least by Singer in the UK.
