There are probably many discussions in posts about quilting with Minky. You might want to look at them by going to the advance search. I tried sewing with Minky once and won't ever try it again. If you have a LAQ, you won't have as much of a stretch problem since the sewing machine glides over the quilt but with a DSM, I would suggest you keep the back with the Minky on top so prevent as little stretching as possible.
