I was in your shoes about three years ago. Aren't the people here wonderful? It was a combination of this site, a PBS quilting show and a build up of years of drooling over other's quilts that thrust me into this wonderful hobby. I can honestly say this is my first "go to" for questions, and I always get sound advice (and very quickly too). Yes, these people do bring a wealth of experience and generosity to us "newbies."
