He handed me the newspaper then asked if I could crochet a hat for him just like the one my son was wearing. I told him surely I would do it. He then said that he'd return when he was done with his paper route. YIKES! So I grabbed the yarn and hook and began to crochet. When he got back I was about 1/4 of the way. He sat there and talked with me while I crocheted. DH got back from work and after his shower he sat and talked with us. Well after dark, his mom called to see if I had seen Bart this afternoon. I explained what was was happening. She was so embarrassed. I asked her not to worry, that I didn't mind doing it, and was flattered that he felt comfortable enough to ask for the favor. Needless to say, Bart went home with a warm hat pulled over his ears. So Dennis must love you very much to ask you for the favor.
