It's only 49 out now so you should bring warm clothes with you because I bet we have snow by then. I wish I still had my condo. Instead of wasting money paying rent, a condo is just like a home and when you go to sell you can make a lot of money. I had bought my condo at $48,000 and sold it for $140,000 10 years later.
