Lynnie I thought that too when I seen the pretty purple in the block, but she did mention to me she had some really pretty purple. Thank goodness there is only one of me Lynnie.
I have been collecting pieced blocks with any assortment of purples, pinks, with any whites, greens, etc. mixed in or not. Small designs mixed or not with solids. It's really wide open for a quilt that I think will be pretty.
