Many times there is a color test printed on the selvedge alongside the name/manufacturer. This makes it very easy to choose complimentary fabrics. Take the panel shopping with you and match the colors printed in the selvedge.
Nobody will be able to tell that the other fabrics weren't in that original line of fabric.
