Thank you, Debbie, for sharing not only the picture but the well done tutorial! Our guild puts together gift bags for a local senior living center at Christmas - we each make a few things and add a few treats for two or three residents. I've done tissue covers before, but this one is terrific - a place to hold some of those little odds and ends that seem to end up on the table near their chair or bed.
