I couldn't recommend one over the others; it's really a matter of which quilts you are more drawn to. If you look at the books on the quiltville website, some of them have pics of the quilts in them. Or you could google Bonnie Hunter quilts to see if you can narrow down which one you are wanting to start with.

There is also a tab on her website for free patterns - there are dozens there to choose from. If you find one you like there, it would give you an opportunity to see if you like her style. Her patterns are very well done - lots of pics and text to explain each step - but have many, many small pieces.

Last - she will be starting her annual mystery soon. Fabric requirements will come out in mid- to late October, with the first sewing step the day after Thanksgiving.
