Very cute! and it looks like it's in great condition too. Olivia missed out. I started her on a full size machine .

I'm a firm believer in giving kids good quality tools. Poor quality tools just lead to failure and frustration and I want her to succeed in her projects.
I have also been building up a set of mostly vintage or antique woodworking hand tools with her. Like sewing machines many times the old tools were built to much higher standards than "comparable" new tools unless you pay a small fortune for them. She also has her own woodworking lathe and scroll saw that she gets to use with supervision. A lot of her tools are actually nicer than mine because we took the time to restore them before she got to start using them.
