In my house, I have certain things that belong to me only and that means hands off. If they need to use something of mine they need to ask and I don't mind sharing. However, in this case not to be mean but im sure there are other ways to butcher a deer such as using a piece of ply wood or boards set up for that purpose. Yes the story was humorus in one way. I know what it takes to butcher a deer as I have hunters here but in no way would they get a table of mine that I use for sewing etc. No matter how good they clean it. I don't mean to sound selfish but some things just will not do here. Im glad they were blessed with natures bounty.
