It is a "conglomeration" of parts. A few weeks ago I was looking at apothecary cabinets on EBay and someone was selling a similar item with bids over $300 plus that was made of drawers from a Singer treadle. I gently told him it was nice but not an authentic apothecary cabinet. Got a sarcastic reply and he actually sold it for a rediculous price.
