Thanks everyone... I don't know if there is a pattern or what it is officially called. I am sure that I saw this type of quilt here in the picture section. If you search here you will probably find some more. I did got to You Tube and searched "denim circle rag quilt" and got directions. The links are pasted here....I didn't use the Olfa circle cutter or the GO!. I cut my own template and traced the circles then cut them out while watching TV I did not put batting in my squares. It was a lot of work and got to be quite hard to maneuver that denim on my sewing machine. But I am very glad that I did it
