Default Finally finished after 8+ years

Tihs quilt was the first one I tried to do, years and years ago. I,took a class at the local quilt store, and it was at least 8 years ago, maybe longer. In the class we did straight stitch quilting on the majority of the quilt,Maur we were supposed to do FMQ using Golden Threads paper on the large border. I had troubles with it then, so I just let it sit. I was sorting some old stuff in my studio and decided to finish it with just some piano key quilting in the border. Lots of puffiness in the top where my seams aren't very even, one corner of the inner border is waaayyy off position, the quilting isn't straight, but I like it! It is amazing how quilting "errors" disappear when everything is finished and the quilt is washed. This will go in my stash as a baby quilt for a little girl.

Summary: don't get consumed with perfection and give yourself some credit.
