Last night I was trying to finish a quilt. After taking the quilt of the frame I trimmed it and started to attach the binding....happy camper
....got to the end and was 2inches short..

I do know how to do the math and thought that I had measured it several times and added enough for the miter corner but I guess not..
Did I have more of it?? I started searching, of course by now it's after midnight and I was not going to bed until It was done. Where or where did I have just a little bit of it... Yay, i found five 2inch strips, so I added it to my 2.25 and even if it is 1/8 short on each side It worked...
Went to bed at 1:15.
