I am thinking you are planning an E2E design using your pantovision. I really don't like either color for that application but if I only had a choice between the two it would be the navy. If you can expand your color choices, I would choose a soft camel tan color. More in keeping with the fabric and the quilting will not be "in your face". The red would be "in your face" and in my mind too contemporary given the fabric selections which seem more traditional like CW repro or country folkart (like thimbleberries type lines).
