I think the "Ideal Place" would be ABOVE the only quilt store in a warm area (like Yuma, AZ), so that you would have winter visitors to help keep the place going year round. But only super busy in the winter, so all summer (when it's OVER 110). You're able to sew and go take classes. I would have said living in a quilt store, but I don't want a ton of people using my bathroom - lol.
