susies-scraps, she has a post and a video on the 201 somewhere. I sat down, read all and watched her video a couple of times trying to figure out how she goes about it. For some reason I managed to get into it too. She didn't talk too much about tension disassembly or technical stuff, more in the direction of getting the feel for speed and movment.
