BEEF TIPS
4 lb stew meat
2 envelopes dry onion soup mix
3 small cans mushrooms (do not drain)
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
Place all ingredients in crock pot. (You do not have to brown the meat).
Cook on low all day.
Serve over rice or noodles.
You could add broccoli pieces or baby carrots during last few hours.
