I just looked it up....a pricey little appliance IMHO. We don't eat ff at home at all, so don't need it for that......any other frying I do is sautéing to blend into something else or breading and deep frying things like eggplant, zuchinni, green tomatoes.......it's not counter/cabinet clutter I think I need....but I may be wrong...I will read other replies...
