3-5 pound roast
1 envelop of Lipton Onion Soup mix
whole onion, minced
1 can of beer
water to cover the meat
Sear the meat, put in the crock pot and cook on high for 2 - 3 hours. Add potatoes and carrots, cook for another 3-4 hours. (the high on my crock pot is pretty hot so I have to play with the time to cook).
