Al of the quilts I make are done by this method, those methods already mentioned are all good, you do not have to use sashing. Most any design can be adapted to this method. It is more about how you join the blocks, and manage the batting to avoid ridges. Has anyone tried the method by Kenny Kreations, they say it requires no hand stitching.
