Gerry -- please don't wait to start getting together with other quilters -- Maybe there is someone near to you that would like to meet you. You can learn from others and they will learn from you. It is a good way to meet new friends

It is not really easy to fit in a different culture and sometimes it is nice to have some shared interest, I tried some meetups here, there was one about quilt, but I guess the lady that started it moved away from Chiang Mai or stopped doing it because she never replied to me.
I was thinking to start one...but before I need to be a little more acknowledged about quilting. Let's see :-)
