I try to finish before I move to another project. I like to have one in the piecing stage (machine), one in the quilting stage (handwork at night) and one in the planning stage. If I get too far ahead of myself, I forget I have a project to finish. If I must wait for some reason (waiting for batting etc) I make the binding and keep them together.
