oksewglad, I love the 2 1/2" charm log cabin block. I just happened upon it about a week ago and have already went through my 2 1/2" supply and puled out quite a few for it and have the background fabric already. I am anxious to work on it at a Quilt Retreat I am going to soon. Have to work on a couple quilts for Xmas presents first.
