The NuWave Brio has an available accessory set with a solid pan in it, but I know you can find the smaller aluminum pans (loaf pans, small pie pans) at the dollar store. Anything that can put in an oven and fits in your fryer will work. Some air fryer owners love the silicone pans that can be used in the oven, haven't tried that yet. You might have some of the mini pans that you see in the baking sections (like Michaels, Walmart) that will work. I bought several years ago when I would take small baked items to work.
