I agree with the ones suggesting a wider sashing between the sets. Love the original quilt but it was more colorful, making it easy to see the sets of 4, the black sets it off. But you are using more darks that I think I would like it with a wider sashing between the sets of 4. Neat idea--one I would like, quick and easy!
Ooooo--I like it with the red! Not as stark as the white.
