And the first piece is a square. The second is a square the same size. The third is a square as big as the sum of the height of the other two together. Eh, What? ? ? You have to be there. LOL

I bow to the wisdom of a one room school teacher because I was a one room school student! And I am not a math teacher either, but understand the difference. I have been playing with both the Golden Mean and the F. Sequence in my quilting designs. Some of us are a little nerdy
