I especially like the red one! It really shows off those doilies. I have a question--surely you can't cut the doilies or they would unravel?? Or do they stay once sewn into a seam. Or do you just leave the doily as is and it is underneath the piece next to it? Wonderful way to showcase these handmade items that were used more frequently in previous generations!
