I have tried to donate fabrics to Goodwill, but never see anything of the sort on their tables. So, what I do now is list them on Craigslist. I have sold bags of scraps for $10.00. Yardage for half or less of it's true value. Or even boxes of various fabrics for $30, listing the size of the box of course. I've had pretty good luck with that. And they come to the office to pick them up.
